iOS アプリ「Quies」のサポートページです。
不具合報告やご質問は、App Store のアプリ掲載ページに記載の開発者連絡先までご連絡ください。
よくあること
- カメラが使えない — iOS の「設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → カメラ」で Quies を許可してください。
- 写真が保存されない — 「設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → 写真」でアクセスを許可してください。
- 位置情報が付かない — アプリ内設定の「位置情報を埋め込む」がオフ（初期値）のときは埋め込みません。オンにしたうえで、位置情報の許可が必要です。
- 一部の形式が選べない — ProRAW や 48MP などは端末・レンズにより利用できない場合があります。

システム要件
iOS 26 以降。撮影機能の確認は実機を推奨します（シミュレータではカメラが制限されます）。

Quick tips
- Camera — Allow Quies under Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera.
- Photos — Allow access under Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.
- Location — Geotagging is off by default; enable “Embed location” in-app and grant Location When In Use.
- Formats — ProRAW, 48MP, and some lenses depend on the device.
